Caller states her male neighbor who lives in an adjoining trailer took things off of her patio, broke things, and told her he was going to wreck everything that she had.

This happened about (number withheld) min ago.

She stated he's also intoxicated, and that in the past he has threatened people with a loaded firearm.

However, she did not see a firearm today.
