As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle near a bank ATM and the community center in Gatlinburg. The vehicle was described as a black SUV or truck driven by a white male with long sandy hair in a ponytail. The report was unconfirmed and under observation.
