Ex-partner breaks in through window and steals phone

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a caller near State Route 307 West that the caller’s mother’s ex-boyfriend allegedly entered the home through a window about an hour earlier and took her phone. No witnesses were reported, and the caller is still on the phone with the man.
