Report of aggressive driver cutting off motorcycles

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible aggressive driver cutting off motorcycles near I-95 north by exit 83 in the Georgetown area. Units checked the highway in both directions, and the reported vehicle was later determined to be unfounded.
