Reckless SUV driving at high speed near Georgetown

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were alerted to a report of a black SUV, described as a Nissan with many stickers on the back, driving recklessly and at high speed near Georgetown Road Northwest and Francisco Road Northwest. The caller indicated this behavior reportedly happens on a daily basis.
