Woman reported waving knives inside home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible weapons incident near West Berkeley after a caller reported a woman walking around with knives and waving them around. Radio traffic indicated she was believed to be inside a home, and the male caller became uncooperative and hung up while yelling in the background.
