Reckless driver reported on KS-7 near Girard

Traffic complaint southbound on 7 highway, possibly out of Girard at this time, for a report of a white Dodge Charger that was driving at a high rate of speed around Girard.

RP advised he made multiple laps around the city.

And white dodger, he has white stripes on the front side of the hood, and possibly southbound on K-7 Highway out of Girard.
