Man accused of pushing caller during pier dispute

Associated vehicle is a white pickup with an Oklahoma (number withheld) , occupied by a white male forties, white and blue swim trunk.

Male's been aggressive with RP for the past few days, pushed her a day and a half ago.

Now they're having a verbal at the pier.
