Unconscious man and mental health transport in Glens Falls

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers coordinated multiple EMS mutual aid responses in the Glens Falls area, including a CPR call for an apparently unconscious 38-year-old man near Fulton Street and a separate possible mental health transport for a 32-year-old man near Cooper Street. Patrol units were also sent to both locations.
