Person found on ground at assisted living facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical alarm was reported at an assisted living facility near Wesley Way. Responders had difficulty locating the resident and were initially given an incorrect room number. The resident has not answered their phone, and a family member is en route. Emergency personnel are making their way to the correct location within the facility.
