Unanswered 911 hang-up near Golden City

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 hang-up call that apparently pinged near a location on Southeast 40th Road. The dispatcher attempted to call the reporting party back twice but reached a full voicemail and could not leave a message. A message was also sent through RapidSOS, and no response had been received at the time of the radio traffic.
