Reckless driver in black Toyota RAV4 on Highway 101

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible reckless driver in a black Toyota RAV4 on Highway 101 near Fairview in the Goleta area. The driver reportedly almost ran another vehicle off the road near Storke Road and yelled at the reporting person to get out of her car. The suspect vehicle was last seen heading south on Highway 101 about eight to ten minutes before the call, and the parties were reported to be separated. A broadcast-only alert was issued with a plate similar to the one reported by the caller.
