Reckless speeding by two cars on Highway 101

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received reports of a black Chevrolet Camaro and a dark Tesla speeding and possibly racing on northbound Highway 101 near 10th Street, weaving through lanes at over 100 miles per hour.
