Farm tractor stopped in roadway near Gore Fire Hall

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a farm tractor that was apparently blocking or near the roadway close to the Gore Fire Hall. Responding units later indicate the tractor is off the road and they are checking on the situation.
