As discussed during the dispatch call, officers engaged in a high-speed pursuit of a white Dodge Charger traveling westbound on Route 39 near Gowanda toward Perrysburg. Speeds reportedly exceeded 100 miles per hour before the pursuing unit lost sight of the vehicle and ended the chase, with the car possibly crossing the county line. The vehicle was believed to have Texas license plates.
