Shouting heard on 911 call near Quarry Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible disturbance near Quarry Street after repeated 911 hang‑up calls with an open line, shouting, and noises like something hitting a window. The caller gave an address in that area, said he was leaving in a black Nissan pickup truck as officers arrived, and then refused to answer more questions.
