Person fell hard and showing heavy breathing at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received an open line call from near 10th Avenue in Grand Marsh, where a caller appeared to be breathing heavily and possibly vomiting. An Apple Watch alert indicated the person may have taken a hard fall before the call disconnected.
