Highway road rage crash injures woman near Parker Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were involved in a vehicle pursuit on the highway near Parker Road after an apparent road rage incident between a red truck towing a boat and a black Honda. A woman in one of the vehicles was reportedly assaulted, and medics were requested to treat her injuries. The red truck was last reported traveling southbound on the highway near Cedar Hill and DeSoto area services.
