Unresponsive man found in vehicle at park road bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to check on a reportedly unresponsive man in a dark four-door vehicle near the bridge by Varrinew Park Road and One Mill Road. A passerby reported the vehicle with both front doors open, and law enforcement and medical units were sent to the area.
