Officers search for damaged car after driver flees

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers searched near the mill pond and nearby baseball field for a heavily damaged brown vehicle with silver accents and many stickers. Radio traffic indicated the driver may be intoxicated by marijuana and left the area after being told police were looking for them. The vehicle reportedly had no license plate. Officers later returned to a residence on Hess Lake Drive for follow-up and checked nearby streets but did not locate the vehicle.
