As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy spoke with the manager of a grocery store after a report that a person had been harassing people there and at a nearby discount store. The subject reportedly left before the deputy arrived and was last seen driving a black Jeep Renegade with black rims, possibly with other occupants.

As well, didn't get a twenty-eight, but the description of the vehicle is a black in color Jeep Renegade with blacked-out rims, driven by a white female.
