Woman asleep in vehicle at post office handicap spot

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was reported near the post office in Granville involving a black vehicle parked in a handicap spot with a female apparently asleep in the driver's seat holding a phone. She has been there for a while and has not been awakened.
