Pedestrian struck by vehicle near Kent Narrows hotel

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews coordinated a landing zone near a hotel by the Kent Narrows Bridge to airlift a possible vehicle–pedestrian crash victim. An 18-year-old woman reportedly had head, neck, and pelvic pain after being struck by a small SUV near Route 50.
