Loose dog after fight on Railroad Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two dogs that were fighting near Railroad Street in Great Barrington. The dogs were separated, but one dog reportedly remains loose while the other is with its owner. The situation was called in by a bystander who was not involved.
