Unconscious woman having abnormal breathing at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a medical call near Wiggins Run Road and Central Avenue/Spring Street for a possible unconscious 75-year-old woman with abnormal breathing. The caller reported she was not conscious, appeared to be breathing abnormally, and that CPR was being attempted with difficulty due to her size. Fire and EMS units were dispatched to assist at the scene.
