76-year-old female fell, hit head, coughing blood

As discussed during the dispatch call, ambulance and medic units responded to a medical emergency involving a 76-year-old woman who apparently fell and hit her head at a location on South Illinois in Green Ridge. She was reported to be coughing up blood and having trouble standing, though not having breathing problems.
