Older woman with cancer has breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible breathing difficulty emergency involving a 70-year-old female with cancer occurred near Green Spring Valley Road. She reportedly has a feeding tube and headache but no chest pain or drooling. The patient appears to be getting paralyzed. Emergency units are responding.
