Vehicle leaking fluids, tow requested at High Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near High Street in Greenfield for a vehicle that was actively leaking fluids. The leak was reported contained while they remained on scene waiting for a tow. Radio traffic also referenced checking with a woman about who took the vehicle and whether it would be moved.
