Altercation at party in Arcadia Lofts rec room

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported disturbance in a recreation room at an apartment complex on Payne Street. A party guest apparently got into an altercation with the original caller. The caller left the area and did not want to speak with responders.
