Man found unconscious on I-20 eastbound exit ramp

Fire District Three, need your response to I 20 eastbound at the Greenwood Morristown Road exit.

A person that was passing by, they advised that they saw a male that possibly unconscious and not breathing, laying in the grass on the ramp.

It's going to be the exit ramp to Greenwood Morristown Road on I 20 eastbound.
