Reckless pickup and trailer reported on Highway 370

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch issued a be-on-the-lookout for a possible reckless driver involving a white Chevy Silverado towing a black Ford pickup on a trailer, last reported traveling westbound on Highway 370 and then continuing westbound on I‑80 near Gretna.
