Male driver slumped over wheel of pickup truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers requested law enforcement to assist another agency at County Road 32 and Noble Avenue for a reported medical emergency involving a male driver slumped over the wheel of a black pickup truck with his head out the window.
