Suspicious man yelling and looking into cars

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man dressed in black yelling and looking into vehicles near the Spalding Lofts housing area, possibly moving north on Park Street. Deputies responded to search the nearby parking lots and surrounding yards based on resident reports.
