Downed live power lines between vehicles on Charlevoix

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews respond to downed, energized power lines causing arcing and sparking near Lakeland Street, Charlevoix Avenue, and University. A wire appears to be on a fence and between two vehicles, and utility crews are requested to the scene.
