Person in cardiac arrest near Malor Circle

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to a reported full cardiac arrest at a residence on Miller Circle near Shelton Road. The caller reported the person was unconscious, not breathing, and bleeding from the nose while bystanders attempted to place the person flat on the floor.
