Downed power line across road on Spring Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a power line hanging across the roadway near Spring Street and North 6th Street. Traffic could pass around the line, and an officer stayed on scene to mark the area while utility crews were contacted. The line was believed to be inactive but was treated with caution.
