As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched near Coleman Street and Galilee Road in Hallsville for a possible vandalism incident involving a white pickup reportedly stopped in the road and someone hitting a house with a hatchet. The reporting person did not know the person involved or who owned the residence.
