Child choking and struggling to breathe in Hamersville

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews responded to a possible child choking near East Main Street by Lucas Road and Mill Street in Hamersville. The child was reported to be breathing but still struggling and was requested to be checked by medics.
