Reckless green pickup reported on Keokuk bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a possible reckless driver in a green pickup truck traveling over the Keokuk–Hamilton Bridge on the highway. The driver was reported to be swerving and may be a storm chaser.
