Person threatening self-harm at apartment in Hanlontown

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to an apartment building near Fertile Street in Hanlontown for a report of a man who was reportedly threatening to harm himself. Callers said they had tried to contact him several times without success and did not believe he had any weapons.
