65-year-old woman with low blood sugar and labored breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, an EMS unit was sent to a home on Harold Branch Road near Pikeville for a 65-year-old woman with very low blood sugar who was breathing but not waking up. The caller later reported that her breathing appeared slightly labored and that her glucose monitor was not working.
