Man with prior strokes and possible diabetic emergency

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving an approximately 70-year-old man conscious and breathing was reported near Maplewood Court. Emergency medical services were requested. The man may have had prior strokes and a possible diabetic emergency.
