Intoxicated driver in overturned tractor on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent near Highway 83 and Macon Lane in Harpersville for a report of a tractor that had overturned on the side of the road, with a highly intoxicated occupant. Additional backup was requested to assist at the scene.
