As discussed during the dispatch call, priority 1 call for a reported mental status change for a male patient near Peninsula Rd in Harriman following a recent hip replacement. Family reports confusion and incontinence; breathing reported normal. They cannot currently view the incision site, and the area is reported to feel warm.
