Woman having seizure with breathing difficulty at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a home near East Wallace Road in Harrisville for a reported 57-year-old woman who was possibly having a seizure and agonal breathing. Callers reported she was unable to speak and they were checking her for a pulse while responders were en route.
