Small tree on power line causes local power outage

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units in the Hartford and Granville area responded to a report of a small tree on a power line near Gilmore Hollow Road just off Route 40, causing a possible power outage. Crews confirmed a small tree on a National Grid power pole with no immediate hazards, and the situation was reported under control.
