Suspicious van and disturbance at apartment lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a possible suspicious activity call in an apartment parking lot, where a white van had reportedly been parked for about two hours and two men were seen outside it, including one who was reportedly urinating and possibly fighting. The van was said to have left toward a nearby highway before officers arrived.
