He apparently called the caller saying that he couldn't handle the physical pain anymore, so he might as well do it now, and he wanted to be cremated and leave everything to her.

He stopped responding to her about five to 10 min ago.

No specific plan, no access to weapons that caller is aware of, and he should live here alone.
