Loose German Shepherd near 8th Street and Oak Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel reported that while picking up a patient near 8th Street and Oak Street, a brown and black German Shepherd with a red collar was accidentally let out and could not be caught before they transported the patient.
