Loose dog held until owner arrives

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a loose dog in a yard near Mountain Road after being unable to reach the phone number on its collar. Radio traffic also mentioned a possible fire alarm activation at a building on Worthington Road with no smoke or fire reported. The dog’s owner was later reported to be on the way to pick it up.
